Three ensembles from Le Vivier share the stage for this latest edition of VivierMix, in an evening featuring two mixed works by guest of honor Pierre Jodlowski and one by Cléo Palacio-Quintin.

ALÉAS invites us to rediscover the universe around us through the distorting prism of a transdisciplinary poetic narrative.

André Leroux of Quasar Quartet performs Samuel Beckett's Le dernier songe, a work by Pierre Jodlowski built around a permanent dialogue between the saxophone and the surrounding sound environment.

Conducted by Lorraine Vaillancourt, the Nouvel Ensemble Moderne performs Respire by Pierre Jodlowski. Part of a cycle of audiovisual compositions questioning the place of the body in our world through breathing itself, this work focuses on the movement of the belly, which becomes the object of a relentless mechanic, dragging the musical field into a chronic sway.
