Multi-instrumentalist and sound artist Tom Jacques is featured in this concert which is the fruit of his residency at the Centre d’Expérimentation Musicale. This is a collaboration with Tour de Bras and involves artists from Saguenay, Montreal and Rimouski. Bird calls and birds, a hunting tango, artificial nature, invented sound devices, singing, saxophones, piano, a crustacean trio, anti-covid devices, percussion with various objects, baritone and microtonal guitar, trumpet and sound objects, vocals… so many sounds will be woven together for the pleasure of the senses. Seven guest musicians will make this première of Tom Jacques’ work resonate under his direction.
