In the first concert of Paramirabo's 10th season, Lo Spazio explores the sonic relationship between space and physical distancing. The Paramirabo Ensemble has invited musicians from Projet Iso to showcase works for mixed ensemble with harp. On the program are the delicate and evocative works of Toru Takemitsu, Kaija Saariaho and Salvatore Sciarrino and a spatialized work by Zosha Di Castri. The pièce de résistance of this concert will be a première by Christopher Goddard that takes its inspiration from the Introduction and Allegro by Maurice Ravel, one of the great works of mixed chamber music repertoire.
