Passionate about music, both its performance and its pedagogy, Guy Lavoie is laureate of a bachelor’s degree from the ‘’Conservatoire de musique de Rimouski’’ in saxophone. Fervent defender of the saxophone in the classical world, he is currently pursuing his superior studies in saxophone performance at the University of Montreal with Professor Jean-François Guay. Guy is a versatile musician who wants more than anything to share his love of the saxophone and all the possibilities this instrument has to offer.
