Journées de la culture: Music Mill - The Sound Factory
The Sound Factory transports little ones into a colourful, slightly zany factory where every object, every gesture—and even the body itself—can become a musical instrument.
In the workshop, a clownish character busily fills “sound orders,” while going about a daily routine full of noises and surprises! As the experiences unfold, rhythms come together, overlap and transform through the magic of looping. Instruments, everyday objects and unexpected gestures give rise to melodies, soundscapes and unique sonic environments.
The show invites children and grown-ups alike to listen closely, explore and marvel at everything around them that can resonate.
Free performance presented as part of the Journées de la culture.
For children ages 4–7.
