GAÏA is an immersive recital for horn and electronics that takes you through the cycle of a day, from its dawn to deep night, passing through sunlight filtering through the leaves of the trees. An encounter between horn, electronic sounds and living light — with nature as the universal thread. This program showcases the work of composers from Quebec and beyond, who have so beautifully set to music the fauna, the flora and the light of passing days.

Project supported through the Pôle Relève — a program for the dissemination and circulation of emerging contemporary music artists and their works, supported by the CALQ.
