Stick&Bow | All the Madmen

Stick&Bow | All the Madmen
Stick&Bow | All the Madmen

Named "Artist of the Year" and awarded the OPUS prize for "Performer of the Year", the marimba and cello duo Stick&Bow is back with a new show, All the Madmen.

“In our eyes, the world around us is out of joint”: through this third narrative show, the duo offers the audience a moment of reflection, a critical moment, a connection with oneself through the abstract power of music in order to better open up to others.

Krystina and Juan Sebastian question the notion of madness, essential for both the artist and the audience: “Why do we consider mad the person who dares to speak, to criticize, and to dream of change? Was Beethoven mad because of his grandiose ideas, his revolutionary desire, and his complex character?” A concert that resonates with the issues and current events that animate our daily lives.
