Melting Links is Codes d'accès’ annual electroacoustic music concert in an immersive multi-channel venue.

For this annual concert of electroacoustic music, Codes d'accès promises an immersive experience through the works of composers Alexis Blais, Kasey Pocius, Roxanne Melissa Guerra-Lacasse, and Jean-Philippe Jullin.

In Skand, Alexis Blais explores the relationship between rhythmic rigidity and organic fluidity. La berceuse de la veuve by Roxanne Melissa Guerra-Lacasse is the sonic extension of a play written by the composer, dealing with the inexhaustible subject of eternal love.

The spatialization of the work was created during a creative residency at PRIM.

Next on the program is 3tube, a performance piece created in collaboration with Kasey Pocius, Tommy Davis, Greg Bruce and Maryse Legault, which combines digital lutherie and human-machine interaction. And finally Qualia, written by Jean-Philippe Jullien, is inspired by the multiple and subjective ways in which we experience the world.
