The Nouvel Ensemble Moderne and L'arsenale Ensemble are joining forces for a concert to roll out the red carpet for Italian avant-garde creation. On the programme are great names in contemporary music such as Silvia Borzelli, Alessandro Solbiati, Stefano Trevis and Keiko Devaux.

The Nouvel Ensemble Moderne (NEM), under the direction of Lorraine Vaillancourt, is an illustrious laboratory for sound research, linking the musical aesthetics of Keiko Devaux with the transparent and subtle sound world of composer Alessandro Solbiati. The arsenale Ensemble, under the direction of Filippo Perocco, performs works that exert a disturbing and irresistible fascination, some of which were composed especially for the ensemble, which brings together singer, saxophone, electric guitar, accordion and piano.
