Everything is in a state of change: substances form, transform, morph, mutate, transmutate and transfigure. Composers manipulate the intangible; performers make the invisible visible.

The concert Morphose presents the chemistry between acoustic instruments and sound synthesis through works by Jean-Claude Risset and Kyong Mee Choi; Michel Frigon’s work explores improvisation’s tranformational possibilities. The three elements of In Extensio’s instrumental nucleus fuse as composer Yiorgos Vassilandonakis explores the permutations and transformations of the triangle.
