Musiques et Recherches
Musiques & Recherches (M&R) is a space dedicated to the creation, research, promotion, information and production for electroacoustic music, and more specifically acousmatic music.
M&R offers composition studios, regularly invites artists in residence, and supports amateur and professional artists who wish to use its electroacoustic production facilities.
In addition of workshops and training sessions, M&R organizes many concerts, seminars, and two yearly international festivals. Its thematic journal “Lien” seeks to share the intellectual and aesthetic trends of acousmatic music.
One of the largest specialized documentation centre in electroacoustic music, as well as a multimedia library, are also open to the public.
