Adrien Trybucki, born in 1993, devotes his work as a composer to acoustic, mixed and electronic music.

The obsessive nature of his writing is evident from his first opuses, which won him the Île de créations prize in 2014, the Francis and Mica Salabert foundation prize in 2018 and the Académie des beaux-arts prize in 2019.

In residence at the Cité internationale des arts de Paris in 2018-2019, he is the author of more than thirty works, published by BabelScores and Durand-Universal and broadcast on various national radio stations in Europe.

His work has been commissioned by a wide range of performers, ensembles and institutions, and is also supported by the Ministry of Culture's aid for writing an original musical work, the Centre national de la musique and the Mondes nouveaux public commission programme.

His music, driven by an impulsive and unchanging energy, has been performed in some fifteen countries around the world, notably at the Manifeste, Présences, Archipel, Lucerne, Cheltenham and Royaumont festivals, by numerous renowned performers and ensembles.

After studying in Toulouse and obtaining a master's degree in composition at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse in Lyon with Philippe Hurel, Adrien Trybucki followed the composition and computer music course at Ircam.

His compositional thinking has also been shaped by encounters with his peers, notably at master classes and international academies.
