After devoting himself to writing, Yan Muckle won first prize in Radio-Canada’s Concours de nouvelles. Amongst other works he has written a libretto entitled Lulu, le chant souterrain for composer Alain Thibault. His first novel, Le bout de la terre, was published by Éditions du Boréal in 1998.
