Mélanie Cullin has been the co-artistic director of Le Moulin à Musique since October 2024. After obtaining her music degrees, she left France to teach piano in Montreal. She developed an approach based on improvisation and specializes in group dynamics. She diversifies her musical interests by navigating between classical tradition, contemporary repertoire, improvised music, while also experimenting with encounters with other arts. Since 2013, she has collaborated regularly with Le Moulin à Musique. In 2015, she founded the improvised music collective Myriade and completed training in theater. In 2017, she began the creation of her next musical show Migraphonie as well as the new creation of Le Moulin à Musique, Tableaux-Musique.
