VIVIER MOBILE : Dyads of Le Vivier
The Vivier Mobile allows the deployment of a new project for the 22-23 Season : Dyads of Le Vivier.
The dyads connect two artists to operate and explore the Vivier Mobile. The ultimate goal of the project is to offer a free performance and mediation workshop to a new audience in order to discover new music. Through this project, La Vivier Mobile allows artists to inhabit spaces in a different way and to enter into dialogue with the public by presenting exploratory and immersive experiences, open to all. It also allows the discovery of the repertoire of new music and cultural mediation activities related to this repertoire to create a dialogue with the public around creative and participative experiences.
During a week-long residency, the artists prepare a short program of mixed or acousmatic works on a theme of their choice. In collaboration with Véronique Girard, mediation coordinator for Le Vivier, each dyad prepares a cultural mediation or co-creation workshop related to their repertoire. The result: four short concerts of mixed and acousmatic music and a series of exploratory workshops exploiting the full potential of the Vivier Mobile unit.

Vincent Ranallo and Frédéric Le Bel
In September, the creation residency of the dyad composed of baritone Vincent Ranallo and composer and director of computer music Frédéric Le Bel took place. They are preparing a program with works for voice and electronics around the theme of fragility. During the residency, the composer Marc Hyland also joined the dyad to work on his piece. At the same time, the team will present a mediation workshop exploring voice, sound sensitivity and relationships with recordings.
