Mariane studied at the Conservatoire de Musique de Montréal with Jean-François Normand. She obtained her master's degree with distinction in April 2022. She has won scholarships and prizes at the Festival Concours de Concours de Musique de Sherbrooke, the Cégep en Concert competition and the OSJS concerto competition. She participates in Orford Musique, Domaine Forget and the Berlin Opera Academy. She is supernumerary for the clarinet clarinet sections of the Orchestre Symphonique of Sherbrooke and the Côte-Nord Symphony Orchestra.
She co-founded the Cabestan Ensemble, a string quintet with which she performs in several regions of Quebec. Mariane is also a member of 5ilience, Quebec's first reed quintet, which focuses not only on new music repertoire for this ensemble.
In parallel with her professional development, Mariane also co-founded, with fellow the @clarinulles instagram account, which now boasts over 1000 subscribers.
Her mission is always to spread good vibes and good jokes in the circles around her she comes into contact with. Her interest in chamber music and small ensembles encourages her to maintain good relationships with her colleagues and always looking for a good time.
