Laura Doyle Péan, born in Quebec City in 1999, is a poet and activist of Haitian-Quebec origin.
Laura Doyle Péan is the daughter of Haitian writer, broadcaster and journalist Stanley Péan, himself a descendant of poet Oswald Durand1. She grew up in Quebec City where she was born in 1999. As a teenager, she worked as a bookseller for a few years.
In 2019, she joined the feminist art collective Les Allumeuses.
