Gwenna Pirozzi
Gwenna Pirozzi is a flutist and flute repair technician from Los Angeles, who recently graduated from McGill University with a major in Flute Performance and a minor in Music Education, specializing in studio teaching. They are continuing their Masters in Flute Performance at McGill University. Currently based in Montreal, they are fluent in English and French, and started playing the flute in 2011 through the McGill Conservatory. After graduating from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts in 2020, they currently study under Chris James, piccolo player for the Orchestre Symphonique de Montreal. Previously, Gwenna has studied under Natalie Sparrow, Amy Tori, Tina Yoo, Alexa Still, Catherine Ransom-Caroly, and Cindy Shuter, as well as completing 7 levels of piano under Sue Scofield.
