Light as her most fluent form of expression, Flavie is interested in how light effects human perceptions and emotions. Through her love of collaboration with directors, choreographers and visual artists, among others, Flavie’s goal is to develop a poetic cohesion in her work where light itself tells a story. Flavie has collaborated with such emerging artists as Charles Voyer, Angélique Amyot, Quasar, Jean-François Laporte, La conserve media et le collectif Tôle. She is also co-founder of the artist duo Jardin Noir, alongside Dave Cyrenne. The pair create sculptures from recycled glass where light, shape, and material are used together in order to create compelling visuals. During 2020's fall she launch the interdisciplinary collective Divers Divers.
