Engaged within the cultural community since around thirty years, Myriam Grondin has more than 15 years of practice as a consultant, mainly as a facilitator, an analyst, an independent researcher, and a writer. This practice goes richer in her direct experience within creation and production organizations and with territorial and sector-based associations. Combining analysis and action, she works with organizations of various disciplines and fields of action in planning and organizing processes included in demanding process of change. Involved in the field of diagnosis and strategic planning, she provides a clear and tested framework, coupled with an approach and tools suited to each situation.
