Véronique Lacroix will conduct the Ensemble contemporain de Montréal (ECM+) through its seventh Canadian tour, the high-profile conclusion of their Generation 2012 project.

ECM+ will perform in eight major Canadian cities: Banff, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, and London. The ensemble is inviting new music lovers across the country to discover new works by four of Canada’s most brilliant young composers. Guest composer/author Nicolas Gilbert will accompany Lacroix and her ten musicians on stage to help the audience listen to these unique and uniquely seductive works. The program includes the premiering of a concerto-like piece for solo violinist Véronique Mathieu.
